Biography

Ms Gao is a Senior Mandarin Lecturer with seven years of teaching experience in Singapore. She graduated from NANYANG TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY (NTU) with a Ph.D. in Bioengineering. Once a professional academic researcher, she has a rich experience in editing, writing and publishing science and technology journals. With a keen interest in linguistic and language studies, she is committed to pass her passion for the language on to students. With a caring and patient heart, together with her bilingual skills, she can effectively communicate with foreign students and thus help them understand Chinese better. She always provides feedback to parents on their children's progress in order to facilitate a better understanding and monitoring of their progress.

资深对外汉语教学高级讲师。南洋理工大学生物工程博士。七年新加坡对外汉语教学经验。对汉语教学有极大的热情，能够用创意教学法帮助学生培养对汉语的兴趣。此前曾在大学做研究工作，有丰富的编辑、撰写与发表科技论文的经验。通过关爱和耐心教导，配合双语技巧，能有效与学生沟通并帮助他们更好地理解汉语知识。
