Mrs Grace Ng was the ex-Chief Presiding Examiner at the GCE O Level English Oral Examinations and an ex-MOE teacher. She formulated a set of critical thinking skills for each candidate to be able to handle any question in the GCE O Level Composition and Oral English (Spoken Interaction segment).
